To upload the documents to the CMS for sharing, There are several ways to do. 

 1. Upload to the Forum

The forum support upload file function.  you can attach the file with your post.

2. Upload to the Projects.

On the right handside, there is a button "Projects ". Click "Projects" and the left hand side will appear the project management session, you can upload your file to this sub-system.
